“Macomb County Job Fair and Business Opportunity Expo”
Expo Giant.com Oakland and Wayne Counties largest expo event host is planning a series of ten Job Fair and Business Opportunity Expo events with a mission to employ thousands of jobseekers in 2010.
The next “Empowering Michigan Career Expo” will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2010 for 9:00am-3:00pm at the ConCorde Inn Hotel 44315 Gratiot Road, Clinton Township, Michigan. Several local companies will be present and ready to interview and discuss hiring opportunities.
Representatives from the Unemployment Insurance Agency will be available to answer basic questions about unemployment and the extensions that are available.
Jobseekers can now visit www.giantjobs.net to review a job database with more than 5 million hiring companies looking to hire unemployed Michiganders.
The Empowering Michigan Career Expo event is free to the public and will offer attendees and opportunity to visit with business representatives about job openings and business opportunities. Businesses interested in registering for a booth should contact Expo Giant.com at (734-956-4550).
Attendees should dress for success and bring lots of copies of their resumes. Reviewers will be available to look over participants’ resumes and make suggestions to improve them.
