Greeter:

The main responsibility of a Big Boy Greeter or Cashier is to extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that you provide to each of our guests. We want you to make our guests feel as if they were entering into a warm friendly atmosphere which makes them feel welcome.

 
Server:

The main responsibility of a Big Boy Server is to extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that you provide to each of our guests. We want you to make our guests feel as if they were in your own home. Prompt and courteous service is defined as service that sets us apart from our competition or another restaurant that guests have the option to patronize.
 Buffet Attendant:

Your main responsibility as a Buffet or Prep Attendant at Big Boy is to make sure the buffet is clean, fresh, and full at all times. Guests eat with their eyes first. The appearance of the buffet is vital. So too will be the first impression you provide with your crisp, clean, and professional appearance. Guests who look at the buffet before ordering should and will make their decision to order the buffet based on its appearance.

Cook:

Your main responsibility as a Cook at Big Boy is to maintain the highest possible operational standards by delivering quality products cooked and presented to perfection 100% of the time in a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.

Service Assistant:

Your main responsibility as a Service Assistant at Big Boy is to anticipate the needs of our guests and co-workers. It is vital that when in the dining room, your appearance always be crisp and clean!

All Positions:

All potential candidates must have the passion to serve others. At Big Boy our guest is our number one priority. You must also have the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
