ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meets or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly individual sales goals and works with sales coach to build plans for improvement areas
Maximizes every customer opportunity by following the GUEST selling process (i.e. establishing a relationship, providing accurate product solutions, suggestive selling, closing techniques and customer follow up)
 
Secondary Responsiblities

  • Frequently utilizes Sales Associate Workbench tools to improve Key Results Areas (i.e.undelivered business, lead generation and sales performance results)
  • Actively participates in training and sales meetings; applies learning to improve performance
  • Acts as an ambassador for Art Van; implements creative ideas for additional business by networking and prospecting.

Job Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED
  • At least 3 years retail experience
  • Commission sales experience
