Hiring School Bus Drivers -- Macomb County School Bus Driver Job Fair

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI  -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/16 --  Macomb County School District will be hosting a School Bus Driver Job Fair on May 13, 2016, from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Macomb Intermediate School District, 44001 Garfield Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038, on the second floor in room 201 A & B.

Representatives from Anchor Bay, Armada, Chippewa Valley,Fraser, Lake Shore, Macomb Intermediate, New Haven, Richmond, South Lake, and Warren Consolidated school districts will be available to answer your questions and provide details on the application process.

Persons interested will need to have a clean driving record, pass a background check and pass a drug test. No CDL license is required but preferred. Paid training provided for acquiring a CDL class B P, S license.

These are part time jobs starting from $11 to $14 per hour. Work schedules very with districts but generally follow the school calendar. Future advancement available with higher pay scales and benefits.

Persons will need the ability to work with all grade level students pre-kindergarten through twelve grade for regular education and up to twenty-six years of age for special education. Experience working with children and young adults preferred.

This event is free and open to the public. You should be dressed professionally and bring resumes.
