- Update Q.O.S. charts
- Update P.O.'s in the system
- Track customer P.O. history, keeping all current
- Respond to formal requests for quotes, service, E.W.Os, using the base information provided by the contract check sheet procedure
- Maintain open cost list for all accounts and proactively inform sales account of past due items
- Verify that P.O.s are released and distributed properly at the correct level prior to shipment of parts
- Maintain sales open issues and provide additional support as required
- Assure that accounting has all required documents for payment (approval, shipping, etc.)
- Prototype shipment forecast / sales forecast
- Track/initiate contract checksheet procedure
- Acts as interface for service parts
